I cannot find the correct matching transaction for my receipt.

If you have followed the steps to manually match a transaction to your receipt and you do not see the matching transaction listed, please review the next few items:

-Is the correct bank or credit card with the matching transaction synced to your ReceiptMatch account?

-Is the bank or credit card synced correctly with no error message requesting you to re-sync your account?

-Has the transaction posted to your account yet?  It could take up to 5 business days for the charge to appear.

-Is the receipt total different from the bank transaction total because it doesn’t account for the tip so the totals are not matching?

-Is the information correct on the receipt and does it reflect your transaction?  (For example, check to see that merchant name, date and or total match)
